Work continues on giving a facelift to the original site of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, 1500 Arney St., Elizabethton, for Kubota Technician certification training soon to be taught there.
The Community Service Group of the Tennessee Department of Corrections are painting walls, placing baseboards and otherwise sprucing up the facility for the Kubota training later this year.
Kubota dealers and friends participated in the launch of an NC3-enabled Kubota Tech Certification Program at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Elizabethton on Oct. 30, 2018.
“The certification program equips students with the knowledge and fundamental skills to meet the demand for the growing need of Kubota technicians. The Kubota Tech curriculum will be integrated into TCAT Elizabethton’s general diesel program,” according to John Lee, NC3 Industry Training Coordinator at TCAT Elizabethton.
