A man in a single-car accident that occurred on Jenkins Hollow Road suffered injuries Wednesday evening. The man had to be transferred by ambulance from the area of the crash to an area where a Lifeflight helicopter could transport him to the hospital. The victim’s condition is currently unavailable.

Emergency agencies from Ballad’s Wings Air Rescue, Hampton Fire Department and Carter County responded.
