Blonnie M. Estep

Blonnie M. Estep, 92, of Elizabethton, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late George and Pearl Nave Estep.
Blonnie was a retired telephone operator with United Telephone. She was a member of East River Park Christian Church. She loved listening to music.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Collins Estep, and sisters, Moilee Garrison, Kate White, Maxie Shipley, Virginia Estep and June Greene.
Survivors include her sisters, Billie Dean Estep Long, South Bend, Ind., and Mary Lou Hajducsek, Elizabethton; several nieces and nephews; and her furry friend, Barney.
Funeral services for Blonnie M. Estep will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Jason Payne, minister, and Mr. Justin Stauffer officiating. Interment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service.
