The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Rickey White, 41, 246 Buffalo Road, Bluff City, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Deputy Christian Carrier on warrants out of General Sessions Court.

Dwight Boyd, 19, 659 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 6 by officer Sal Caccamo on a warrant out of General Sessions Court for failure to appear.

Joseph Owens, 39, 150 East Ridge Lane, Mountain City, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Lieutenant Myles Cook for an outstanding violation of probation.

Clay Hardin, 41, 169 Dan Cole Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant out of Carter County Criminal Court for violation of probation.

Misty Garland, 42, 111 East Cottage Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar 6 by Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, possession of a schedule II narcotic, possession of a schedule III narcotic, and paraphernalia.

Jamie Parlier was arrested on Mar. 6 by Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving on a revoked license.

Stephanie Greene-Humbert, 46, 2111 Knob Creek Road, Johnson City, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Erica Huskins on a warrant out of General Sessions Court for violation of probation.

Eric Morris, 23, 437 Cripple Creek Road, Watauga, was arrested on Mar. 6 by officer William Staschak and Deputy Christian Carrier warrants out General Sessions Court and Juvenile Court both for failure to appear.

David Hoss, 40, 1120 Bluefield Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Deputy William Staschak and Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant out of General Session Court for violation of probation.

Joseph Miller, 36, 109 Butterfly Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Deputy Cory Locklear and charged with taking contraband into a penal facility.

Loney Moffitt, 36, 764 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for violation for probation.

Stephen Vargo, 32, 230 Buck Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Sergeant Samantha Beckett on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Linzel Clawson, 43, 167 Blue Grass Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on Mar. 5 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant out of criminal court for violation of probation.

Randy Ward, 42, 2465 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 5 on a warrant out of juvenile court for failure to appear.

Tabitha Drummond, 34, 315 Stone Mountain Road, Hampton, was arrested on Mar. 5 by Deputy William Staschak and Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant out of General Sessions Court for failure to appear.

Joey Lohse-Thacker, 24, 405 Whitney Street, Johnson City, was arrested on Mar. 5 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Hunter Lewis, 27, 611Eslinger Road, New Market, was arrested on Mar. 5 on a warrant for violation of probation.

Victor Mallare, 27, 504 Bradley Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 5 by Deputy William Staschak and Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant out of Criminal Court for violation of probation.

Lersa Hodge, 56, 141 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested by Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant out of General Sessions Court.

The following arrests were reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Adam Guinn, 42, 774 Guin Road, Hampton, was arrested on Mar. 3 was arrested by Officer Jason Mosier and charged with public intoxication.

James Pool, 22, 112 South Watauga Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 4 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Loney Moffitt, 40, 764 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 4 by Officer Paul Pritchard and charged with evading arrest by motor vehicle x2, resisting stop and frisk/halt, driving on a revoked license, failure to obey traffic control device, misuse of registration, driving or moving an unregistered vehicle, and theft over $1,000.

James Scalf,  35, 606 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 4 by Officer Paul Pritchard and charged with resisting stop/frisk/halt.

Jonathon Murray, 29, 121 Ruby Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 5 by Officer Matt Croy on a warrant for stolen property.

Tara Honeycutt, 27, was arrested on Mar. 5 by Captain Christopher Bowers on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sharon Thrift, 65, 627 West C Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 5 by Officer Justin Pearce and charged with driving while under the influence first offense.

Bethany Turbyfill, 46, 605 Bradley Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on Mar. 5 by Officer Matt Croy and charged with DUI first offense, headlight violation, and failure to stop at stop sign.

Ashley Leonard, 35, 676 Old Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, was arrested on Mar. 6 and charged with public intoxication and simple possession of schedule IV.

Stephen Vargo, 32, 230 Buck Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on Mar. 6 by Officer Joshua Baggett on a warrant for failure to appear.
