Do change time and don’t be left behind

To the Editor:
On Sunday, March 10, 2019 daylight savings time begins and we spring forward and move our time ahead one hour. We are told it’s a great time to check our smoke detectors. The Bible says to examine yourself. So it’s even more important to know where you are spending eternity and that you won’t be smoking, burning and suffering for eternity. The Bible says in Proverbs 27 don’t boast about tomorrow. You haven’t been promised tomorrow. Over 150,000 people die every day. The good news for everyone is Jesus died for our sins and you can go to heaven if you trust Jesus as your only way to heaven and believe in His death, burial and resurrection. Call 1-888-need-him. Humble yourself now and “Seek the Lord Jesus while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near!”
The good news for Christians is that Jesus is coming back very soon. God’s Book, the Holy Bible, promises Jesus will return to take his faithful followers to live with Him in his glorious presence forever. (John 14:3) Everyone else will be left behind to suffer in the most difficult times in history called the tribulation. Jesus gives us the imminent time for His return in Luke 21. Jesus tells us Israel would be scattered into all nations and Jerusalem would be under gentile control until the time of the gentiles be fulfilled. Israel became a nation May 1948 and retook Jerusalem June 1967. Most Christians alive during the time Israel became a nation and retook Jerusalem are a chosen last generation and will see the rapture. If Jesus were to come today to take those who believe in him to heaven in the rapture would you be included? Don’t be left behind!
It’s written in 2 Peter 3, “there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lust and saying, where is the promise of his (Jesus) coming?” Are you watching for Jesus coming or are you a scoffer? Some scoffers say nothing changes and people have been saying Jesus is coming for 30 years. The Earth is seeing record weather chaos and strange events that smashes record after record. Record heat, record cold, record snow, record wind, record rain, record earthquakes, record fish, bird and insect die offs. Record movement of the Earth’s magnetic pole. Without being taught the first words of thousands of babies has been “Jesus is coming” or “the King is coming!” “Rapture coming very soon to a Christian loved one near you. Advance reservation required from Jesus for this once in a lifetime out of this world trip and make over!”
Vice President Pence went to a peace and security conference. The upcoming Israeli elections are about peace and safety. Candidates are running on peace and safety. 1 Thess. 5:3-4: “For when they say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child and they shall not escape. But you brethren are not in darkness that the day should overtake you as a thief.” Pastor Steve Sewell at www.blessedhopeforever.com believes there’s strong evidence to support a possible end of Jewish year 5778 around March 8-9, 2019 rapture. Pastor Sewell also believes Spring 2021 could be the rapture time. Pastor Steve says “There appears to be no evidence supporting Christians remaining here beyond Spring 2021.” The Christian website www.watchfortheday.org agrees with Pastor Sewell that March 10, 2019 is a high watch time for the rapture because it makes 70 years of Israeli Independence among many other things. They also see April 19-20, 2019 which is Passover for the Jews and Good Friday for Christians as a high watch day for the rapture. These watchers say they don’t know the day or hour of the rapture for sure but they also aren’t in darkness that it will overtake them as a thief or by surprise. With over 20 time zones the rapture will be at many different times. We do know the rapture is very close and could happen any day. “It won’t be as long as it has been!” See you at church “the good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.” One pastor said, “see you next Sunday, the good Lord willing and the Church don’t rise!”
