Christianheadlines.com said, U.S. Supreme Court allows President Trump’s transgender ban to go into effect.” Trump’s military leaders concluded Obama’s policy of allowing transgenders in the military and allowing them to undergo taxpayer-funded reconstruction surgery poses a threat to readiness, good order and discipline, sound leadership and unit cohesion. Concerns over privacy are an issue too. Trump will save the military millions of dollars every year.
Christianheadlines.com also said a poll found 63 percent of Christians “say that whether someone is a man or a woman is determined by their sex at birth.” While 62 percent of those with no religious affiliation say, “a person’s gender is not necessarily determined by the sex they are assigned at birth.” Thirty-nine percent of Christians said society had gone too far in accepting transgender people. I agree society and the media have gone too far when they are encouraging parents to let their children decide what gender they are.
The American College of Pediatricians said the move to indoctrinate children with the idea that they can pick their gender amounts to child abuse. They are urging legislators and educators to reject all policies that would condition children to accept chemical and surgical distortions allowing people to impersonate the opposite sex. According to World Magazine a growing number of teens are identifying as transgender or unsure about (their) gender identity. Studies in the past have found less than 1 percent of teens identify as transgender. A study published in the journal Pediatrics, found nearly 3 percent of teens said they were transgender or unsure about (their) gender identity. The Trump administration will no longer investigate complaints from transgender students who claim they were not allowed to use the bathroom of their choice in public schools because Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, not gender identity. President Trump also did the right thing in February 2017 canceling the Obama administrations’s transgender directive, a policy that required schools to allow students to use the restrooms and locker rooms that corresponded with their gender identities.
Transgender expert Dr. Paul McHugh, the former psychiatrist-in-chief for Johns Hopkins Hospital said, “Transgenderism is a mental disorder that merits treatment and sex change is biologically impossible.” Dr. McHugh is author of six books and reported that the suicide rate among transgendered people who had sex change surgery is 20 times higher than the suicide rate among non-transgendered people. This high rate of suicide showed that no surgery will solve their problems. Dr. McHugh said people who encourage sex change surgery are promoting a mental disorder.
Studies show good news for children. Dr. McHugh said studies from Vanderbilt University and London’s Poutmon Clinic found that of children who had expressed transgender feelings over time 70 to 80 percent spontaneously lost those feelings. If you have children who have feelings that they are a different gender tell them you can’t trust feelings and send them to a Christian Counselor. The American College of Pediatricians said 98 percent of gender confused boys and 88 percent of gender confused girls accept their biological sex after puberty without counseling.
Jesus would want us to tell transgenders he loves them and wants them to be who God created them to be at birth. The Bible says dress in the way that reflects who God made us: “A woman shall not wear a man’s garment, nor shall a man put on a woman’s cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God.”(Deuteronomy 22:5)
The Bible says God isn’t the author of confusion. Satan’s agenda is to cause confusion/chaos so that nothing makes real sense anymore. One of the curses God allows on evil countries like America is madness/insanity according to Deuteronomy 28:28.
In Romans 1 it declares that a nation that rejects God over and over will become vain, useless, futile or foolish in their thinking. Despite claiming to be so wise and so smart the nation will become so foolish in their thinking that they will accept spiritual deception and accept spiritual lies and false teaching.
Transgenders say they were born with feelings that they are the wrong gender. The good news is Jesus loves them and they can be born again and become God child. Transgenders are looking for love in all the wrong genders. Those looking for love from Jesus will find it. Peter tells us in the Holy Bible to be God’s child we must be born again by the word of God. Jesus is the living word of God which lives and endures forever. If we are born again we live by faith in Jesus and His word (Romans 1) not by feelings. Christians get their identity and worth from Jesus, not feelings or social media.
The end result of living by faith in Jesus and turning from sin and self always is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, self-control and eternal life!
