The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Joshua Austin, 26, 302 Third Ave., Hampton, was arrested January 8 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill for driving while canceled, suspended or revoked, resisting stop, frisk, halt and arrest and fleeing in a motor vehicle.

Pamela Nunley, 43, 1182 Cora Lane, Gray, was arrested January 9 by CCSO Deputy Johnathon Blevins on an active warrant for violation of conditions of community supervision.

Gabrielle Tomlinson, 27, 428 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested January 9 by CCSO Deputy Dakota Mullins for DUI, resisting arrest and violation of implied consent.

Rees Davies, 63, 1010 Arc Corner Road, Landenberg, Pa., was arrested January 9 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill for DUI and implied consent.

Terri Montgomery, 38, 134 Cemetery Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested January 10 by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins for vandalism.

Ricky Bowers, 31, address withheld, was arrested January 10 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on warrants for domestic assault.

Jonathan Ray, 33, 312 West Fourth Ave., Watauga, was arrested January 10 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.
