It seems that former Hampton standout Shyanne Tuelle is starting to find her groove at Campbell University.
This past Saturday, the Camels topped Columbia College, 93-46, as Campbell ripped 15 3-pointers as a team.
At the top of the scoring totem pole was Tuelle. Over her 18 minutes of play, Tuelle went 5-of-9 from outside while reeling in 17 points for a game-high and career-high performance.
Tuelle is 11 games into her freshman year at Campbell and has reached double-digits in her last two outings with the Camels. During Campbell’s 76-56 loss to Boston College on Dec. 21, Tuelle led her team with 11 points.
Campbell is currently 8-3 overall and will begin its Big South Conference run this Saturday as Tuelle and the Camels host Presbyterian.
