The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Thomas Reagan, 39, 110 Patrick Henry Lane, Hampton, was arrested December 20 by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear.

James Raines, 51, 2226 West G St., Elizabethton, was arrested December 20 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.

Bill Napier, 26, 149 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested December 20 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Cheyenne Grindstaff, 21, address withheld, was arrested December 20 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier for aggravated assault.

Brian Wilson, 26, 1011 E Myrtle Ave., Johnson City, was arrested December 20 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain for domestic assault and vandalism.

Jason Grant, 33, 179 Taylor Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested December 20 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain on a warrant for violation of probation.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Heather Hamby, 26, 273 Miller Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested December 16 by EPD Sgt. James Sexton for public intoxication, criminal impersonation and on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Rondall Hicks, 43, 413 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested December 17 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on active warrants for violation of probation and an attachment for contempt.

Lekisha Roper, 36, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested December 17 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Kyle Newsom, 27, 131 Captain Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested December 17 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on a warrant for failure to appear.

Duane Yeager II, 30, 936 Simerly Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested December 18 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on a warrant for violation of probation.

Katie Arnold, 32, 201 Deck Lane, Blountville, was arrested December 18 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson for criminal impersonation and on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Charles Jones, 30, 6056 Orebank Road, Kingsport, was arrested December 18 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson for driving on a suspended license and an active indictment out of Bristol, Va., for sale of Schedule II drugs.

Toby Taylor, 68, 607 Ontario Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested December 18 by EPD Officer Kenny Lowe on two active arrest warrants out of Sullivan County.
