The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Bobby Freeman, 29, 225 Hart Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 16 by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for hindering secured creditors.

Adam Potter, 31, 108 W Doe Street, Elizabethton, was arrested December 16 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a capias for failure to appear.

Darren Kelly, 30, address withheld, was arrested December 17 by CCSO Sergeant Christopher Reichenbach for domestic assault.

Kevin Hamby, 32, 838 Wyatt Hollow Road, Bristol, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Samantha Beckett on a warrant out of Bristol Virginia for fugitive from justice.

Derek Willis, 40, 224 Lovers Lane Lot#21, Elizabethton, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for criminal simulation.

Tonya Goulds, 40, 112 West I Street, Elizabethton, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jordan Branch, 28, 270 Happy Valley Road, Johnson City, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Stacy Clawson, 44, 253 Dye Leaf Road, Butler, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Olivia Campbell, 25, 171 Smith Hollow Road, Butler, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Matthew Bentley, 20, 1354 Broad Street, Elizabethton, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Bradley White, 38, 200 Hamilton Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 18 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Timothy Ricker, 54, 365 Bill Bennett Road, Johnson City,  was arrested December 19 by CCSO Sergeant Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

Bree Anne Gibbons, 21, 1253 Bluefield Avenue, Elizabethton,  was arrested December 19 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jeremiah Guinn, 41, 293 Berry Hill Road, Elizabethton,  was arrested December 19 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jordan Branch, 28, 270 Happy Valley Road, Johnson City, was arrested December 19 by CCSO Lieutenant Keith Range on a warrant for theft of property.

Robert Frith, 26, 1957 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was arrested December 19 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kasey Correll, 39, 1569 Pineola Avenue, Kingsport, was arrested December 19 by CCSO Sergeant Brian McGinnis for fugitive from justice.

Joseph Mathes, 52, 1207 Thomas Boulevard, Elizabethton, was arrested December 19 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair on a warrant for violation of probation.
