The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Billy Johnson, 60, 315 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.

Michael McCool, 43, 952 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on two capias warrants and a warrant for violation of probation.

Cristol George, 23, 209 Nanny Goat Hill, Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair on a warrant for identity theft.

Betty Hicks, 58, 106 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by CCSO Sgt. Travis Ludlow on an active capias for failure to appear.

Chad McInturff, 38, 104 Wilson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Shawn Mullins, 39, 615 Race St., Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Danny Blair, 60, 513 Candy Cane Lane, Johnson City, was arrested December 8 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair on a warrant for violation of probation.

Elizabeth Pleasant, 29, 125 Scenic Drive, Gray, was arrested December 8 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Jessica Markley, 33, 869 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 8 by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell for DUI first offense, resisting stop, frisk, halt, evading arrest and violation of implied consent law.

Lance Lewis, 27, 150 Bernie Lewis Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 8 by CCSO Sgt. David Munsey on a warrant for criminal simulation.

Melissa Hyatt, 49, 165 Earl Williams Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 8 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Bobby Williams, 29, 708 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested December 8 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair for assault, possession of Schedule II, evading arrest, resisting arrest and possession of legend drug.

Kayla Shaffer, 29, 1110 Park Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by CCSO Sgt. David Munsey on charges of attachment pro corpus.

Jackie Shaffer, 59, 639 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 8 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Troy Blevins, 53, 1032 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested December 9 by CCSO Deputy Cynthia Davis for arson.

Michael Carpenter, 29, 474 Nave Hollow Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested December 9 by CCSO Deputy Cynthia Davis for arson.

David Pierce, 38, address withheld, was arrested December 9 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley for domestic assault and simple possession.

David Jenkins, 33, 341 H Heaton Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 9 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of probation.

Troy Clawson, 50, 216 Stuarts St., Roan Mountain, was arrested December 10 by CCSO Deputy Salvatore Caccamo on a warrant for violation of probation.

Billy Cole, 51, 164 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 10 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley for DUI second offense, driving on revoked and violation of implied consent law.

Ricky Greenwell, 45, 340 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested December 10 by CCSO Deputy Mckenley Berry for evading arrest and theft of property.

Naaman Buckles, 47, 1232 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested December 10 by CCSO Captain Michael Little for attempted first-degree murder, especially aggravated burglary and resisting arrest.

Slater Wilson, 23, 2015 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was arrested December 10 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis for assault.
