The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office: 

Christopher Smith, 40, 232 Lonewood Drive, Kingsport, was arrested November 29 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Nathaniel Whitaker, 26, 116 Gilbert Wilson Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 29 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair on a warrant for violation of probation.

Mary Garland, 36, 622 Martin St., Erwin, was arrested November 29 by CCSO Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of probation.

Christopher Smith, 40, 232 Lonewood Drive, Kingsport, was arrested November 29 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis with fugitive from justice.

Shane Peavy, 47, 107 Second Ave., Hampton, was arrested November 29 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Gregory Hicks, 32, 125 Icy Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested November 29 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Brian McAmis, 36, 610 South Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested November 30 by CCSO Deputy Caleb Rojek on an outstanding warrant for violation of community corrections.

Jessica Forbes, 32, 668 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 30 by CCSO Deputy Caleb Rojek for driving on a suspended license.

Sierra Puckett, 23, 119 South 9th St., Watauga, was arrested November 30 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern for driving without a license.

Michael Greenwell, 35, 116 Gilbert Wilson Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 30 by CCSO Lt. Myles Cook on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Ricardo Anderson, 44, address withheld, was arrested December 1 by CCSO Deputy Johnathon Blevins on an active warrant for failure to appear out of Greene County.

David Furchess, 39, 469 Claude Warren Road, Mountain City, was arrested December 1 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for failure to appear.

Logan Laws, 184 Old Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested December 1 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill for driving under the influence, second offense.

Joshua Herman, 29, 264 Rockhouse Road, Johnson City, was arrested December 2 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for fugitive from justice out of Scott County, Va.

Linda Johnson, 49, 1444 Crossroads Drive, Mountain City, was arrested December 3 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Walter Witt, 36, 101 West Poplar St., Johnson City, was arrested December 3 by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant for fugitive from justice out of Scott County, Va.

Jeffrey Allen, 43, 1000 University Blvd., Kingsport, was arrested December 3 by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on two active warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Luke Walker, 21, 805 Pardee St., Johnson City, was arrested November 29 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins on a warrant for violation of probation.

Matthew Adcock, 32, 518 West E St., was arrested November 29 by EPD Officer Trevor Salyer for criminal trespass.

Amber Mayse, 36, 327 Little Germany Road, Erwin, was arrested November 30 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for driving on revoked first offense, failure to provide proof of financial responsibility and active warrants for violation of community corrections and violation of probation.

Raymond Anderson, 39, 910 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested December 1 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Mandy Simerly, 38, 1340 Pleasant Grove Road, Bluff City, was arrested December 2 by EPD Cpl. James Deese for public intoxication and criminal impersonation.

Brandon Moore, 32, 101 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 3 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on four active warrants, two for violation of probation and two for failure to appear.
