The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

John Powell, 22, 1298 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested November 8 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott for violation of community corrections.

Brian Barnette, 51, 145 Taylor Town Road, Johnson City, was arrested November 8 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak for drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of Schedule IV.

Neal Smith, 54, 1238 Thomas Blvd., Elizabethton, was arrested November 9 by CCSO Cpl. Amanda Peters on a warrant for violation of probation.

Heath McKeehan, 28, address withheld, was arrested November 9 by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell for Schedule III and paraphernalia.

Katelynn Albert, 21, 141 Henry Stout Branch Road, Butler, was arrested November 10 by CCSO Deputy McKenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Miranda Benfield, 31, 205 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 10 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant out of Criminal Court for failure to appear and a warrant out of Sessions Court for failure to appear.

Robert Richmond, 54, 456 Hood Road, Kingsport, was arrested November 10 by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant out of Scott County, Va., for fugitive from justice.

Timothy Guinn, 23, 914 W. Main St., Johnson City, was arrested November 12 by CCSO Sgt. David Tranbarger on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Deborah Morrell, 48, address withheld, was arrested November 12 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair for domestic assault.

Dallas Gross, 64, 334 Possum Creek Road, Bluff City, was arrested November 12 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone for driving under the influence.

Maverick Coone, 25, 1853 Powder Branch Road, Johnson City, was arrested November 12 by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for failure to report to serve jail time.

Kristopher Bradley, 39, 150 Forest Hill Drive, Johnson City, was arrested November 12 by CCSO Deputy McKenly Berry for evading arrest.

Jacob Culler, 32, 181 Carver Crabtree Road, Hampton, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Deputy McKenly Berry on three outstanding warrants for failure to appear.

Kristopher Bradley, 39, 150 Forest Hill Drive, Johnson City, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm for theft over $1,000 and aggravated burglary.

Jeffrey Holmes, 25, 652 Oak Grove Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Sgt. David Tranbarger on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Troy Blevins, 53, 1032 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for violation of probation.

Casey Reed, 31, 125 Mike Clawson Road, Hampton, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett for violation of probation,

Christy Brandon, 33, 205 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett for violation of probation.

Dorothy Clawson-McCoury, 37, 1614 Dixon St., Elizabethton, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett for violation of probation.

Hutch Sims, 21, 147 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett for violation of probation.

Amber Burleson, 37, 1207 E. Holston Ave., Johnson City, was arrested November 12 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.

David Stockton, 43, 128 Lisa Lane, Piney Flats, was arrested November 13 by CCSO Sgt. Travis Ludlow on a capias for failure to appear.
