The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Kimbrelly Street, 42, 109 Forest Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Crystal Grindstaff, 31, 112 Mill Pond Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain on an active warrant for violation of probation, possession of methamphetamine and drug-free school zone enhancement.

Zachary Orren, 23, 189 Dyer Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant for failure to appear.

Erin Webster, 22, 117 Warrior Falls Drive, Kingsport, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Lt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant for violation of probation.

Ricky Julian, 54, 146 Floyd Moody Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Deputy Candice Potter on an amended violation of probation.

Timothy Tolley, 32, 347 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Caleb Kidd, 22, 238 Jonesboro Drive, Bluff City, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on two outstanding warrants for aggravated burglary, theft over $2,500 and failure to appear.

Ashlee Williams, 33, 518 W. E St., Elizabethton, was arrested October 3 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear.

Sharon Phillips, 70, address withheld, was arrested October 4 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier for domestic assault.

Lacey Johnson, 19, 1235 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested October 4 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
