The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Steven Phipps, 23, 377 Mill Creek Road, Mountain City, was arrested Sept. 27 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a failure to appear warrant.

William Davis, 30, address withheld, was arrested Sept. 27 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone for domestic assault.

Brittany Davis, 23, address withheld, was arrested Sept. 27 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone for domestic assault.

Dallas Birchfield, 71, 122 Highland Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sept. 27 by CCSO Deputy McKenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for interference with emergency calls.

Donald Grindstaff, 58, address withheld, was arrested Sept. 30 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier for violation of an order of protection.

Kristin Bach, 30, 2614 Park Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Oct. 1 by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer for violation of probation.

Brandon Ashley, 31, 6319 Kingsport Hwy., Gray, was arrested Oct. 1 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain for violation of probation.

Edward Guinn, 49, 391 Old Watauga Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Oct. 2 by CCSO Deputy Salvatore Caccamo for public intoxication.

Clay Hardin, 41, 169 Dan Cole Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Oct. 2 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone for aggravated burglary.

Crystal Sexton, 37, 317 Peters Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Oct. 2 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone for aggravated burglary.

Amanda Oaks, 28, 118 Little Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Oct. 2 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain on a state parole violation warrant.

Hutch Sims, 21, 147 Betterly Place, Elizabethton, was arrested Oct. 2 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on an outstanding warrant.

Hunter Jackson, 20, 227 South Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested Oct. 2 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on an outstanding warrant.

Joshua Austin, 25, 302 Third Ave., Hampton, was arrested Oct. 2 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Taylor Hodge, 26, address withheld, was arrested Sept. 28 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with domestic assault.

Thomas Hodge, 68, 1112 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sept. 29 by EPD Cpl. James Deese on the charge of an active warrant for failure to appear.

Charles Lesan, 45, was arrested Sept. 29 by EPD Officer Paul Brown and charged with two counts of possession of stolen property.

Ross Campbell, 39, 800 Broyles Ave., Erwin, was arrested Sept. 29 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with public intoxication.
