Unaka Baptist
An All You Can Eat Fish Fry will be held at Unaka Baptist Church today from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Carryouts are available. All are invited.

Little Doe
Little Doe Free Will Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School June 18-22 from 6:30 to 8:45 p.m. each evening.
Everyone is invited to attend and learn how to become champions through Christ.

CCCMF Meeting
The Carter County Christian Men’s Fellowship will meet Tuesday, June 19, at 7 p.m. at Hopwood Memorial Christian Church, located on the campus of Milligan College. The guest speaker will be Bob Allen.
There will be a time of fellowship following the preaching and worship service.

Milligan Free Will
Milligan Free Will Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School June 18-22 with classes each evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Classes will be available for children ages four through 14.
The theme of the VBS is Hero Central: Discover Your Strength In God.
Milligan Free Will is located at 1471 Milligan Highway, Johnson City.

First Christian
Father’s Day will be observed Sunday at First Christian Church, Elizabethton, with all fathers welcome to the service.
The message will be by the minister, Michael Klaus. Dr. David Mills will give the communion meditation, and scripture will be read by Beth Maines. Jamie Broyles and David Mills will present special music.
The service will begin at 9:45 a.m., followed by Bible School classes at 11 a.m.
There will be no evening service.
The Monday evening Ladies Bible Study Group will take a summer break, resuming their study in the fall.
The Tuesday morning prayer group will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the sanctuary with John Smith as leader.
The men of the church will attend the Carter County Men’s Fellowship at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Hopwood Christian Church.

Poplar Grove
Vacation Bible School will be held at Poplar Grove Baptist Church, Stoney Creek, June 17-20 with classes each evening from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
The theme for the Bible School is “On the Farm — Plant the Fruit of the Spirit.”
Eric Wright is pastor. All children are invited.

First Presbyterian
Emily Morell will have the sermon Sunday at the 11 a.m. worship service at First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton.
An Education Hour for all ages will be held at 9:45 a.m.
Other opportunities of the week include Meditation at 7 p.m. Wednesday; the Thursdays with Jesus Reading Group from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday; and yoga Friday at 10 a.m.

Cobbs Creek
Vacation Bible School will be held at Cobbs Creek Baptist Church June 18-21 with classes each evening from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
A block party and registration will be held Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. with games, inflatables, food, and fun for all.

First United Methodist
A special time of praise and worship will be held Sunday at the morning worship service at First United Methodist Church of Elizabethton. The service will begin at 9:55 a.m.
Sunday School will begin at 11:20 a.m.
The 4:12 Junior High Student Ministries will meet Sunday from 4:12 to 5:25 p.m. and the Senior High Student Ministries Sunday from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m.
The Coolagers will only meet once a month during the summer months. Members are asked to check with the church office for time and activity information.
The Wednesday evening Life Lessons Bible Study will be held at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall.
