Mary Beth Clawson, 30, of Elizabethton, departed this world on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at her residence. She was born September 5, 1987 in Elizabethton.
Beth was a homemaker. She was a member of First Christian Church, Elizabethton.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Edward and Mary Vonell Clawson, and her maternal grandfather, Robert Fair.
Survivors include her children, Kristen Reed, Faith Lynn Nava, Isaac Reed and Harley Reed; two sisters, Denise “Neese” Clawson and Jessi Clawson; a brother, Tristen Lowery; her companion, Chris Gibbs; her parents, Henry Vernon and Sandra Lynn Fair Clawson, Johnson City; the father of her children, Caleb Reed; her special cousin, Brian Hamby; a special aunt, Joey Leverentz; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends to mourn her passing.
The graveside service for Mary Beth Clawson will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, May 7, in the Clawson Family Cemetery, Dye Leaf Road, Butler, with the Rev. Stanley Clawson officiating. Active pallbearers will be Howard Clawson, Lynn Scalf, Travis Clawson, Clinton Clawson, Dean Wright and Danny Wright. The family will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
