Wandell Early Learning students hold annual parade

With spring in full effect across the region, students from the Wandell Early Learning Center did their part to welcome in the season with the annual “Welcome Spring Parade” held in Historic Downtown Elizabethton on Wednesday. Teachers and guardians walked alongside as they made their way from Southern Restaurant dressed in spring attire for the public. Several residents stopped by during the event to view the parade.
