First Presbyterian
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will have the sermon Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton. The worship service begins at 11 a.m.
An Education Hour for all ages will be at 9:45 a.m.

The Calvary Reflections from Ashe County, N.C., will present special singing Sunday at the evening service at Holly Springs Free Will Baptist Church, Stoney Creek.

Bethlehem Lutheran
The Sunday morning sermon at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Johnson City, is titled “Don’t Be Afraid” based on the scripture from Matthew 25:14-30. Morning worship is at 8 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Communion will be served at both services.
Interpreted services for the deaf are available the second and fourth Sundays at the 10:45 a.m. worship service.

Whitehead Hill Christian Church, Roan Mountain, will have its annual Thanksgiving dinner Sunday following the morning worship service. Dinner will be served at 12:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter.
