• Kasey Garrison, 25, 210 Spindale Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Keith Range on a Presentment out of Criminal Court charging her with two counts of possession of methamphetamine for resale, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, and second offense driving under the influence.
• Michael Bartlett, 24, 1277 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Eric Miller, 38, 1955 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Mindy Buckles, 33, 132 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on a Presentment out of Criminal Court charging her with two counts of identity theft and two counts of forgery.
• Robert Shank, 28, 115 Allen Odom Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging him with violation of probation, a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time, and an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Joseph Revelee, 35, 142 Spears Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis and charged with vandalism.
• Christopher Moon, 24, 121 Loyde Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill and charged with driving on a suspended license.
• Christopher Winfrey, 29, 1209 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
• Christopher Dejoode, 42, no address available, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Cody James and charged with domestic assault.
• Joshua Price, 24, 1144 Powder Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Investigator Nick Andes and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of the financial responsibility law, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also served Price with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Timothy Shell, 58, 108 Chicken Ridge Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Shawn Fitzgerald, 37, 102 Dyer St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Adam Hannan, 29, 918 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kevin Brown, 34, 1301 Ledford St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Myles Cook on warrants charging him with failure to appear and violation of probation.
• Larry Miller, 39, of Bridgewater, N.C., was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Daniel Jenkins, 34, 1009 Dejarnette St., Elizabethton, was arrested by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Aaron Bennett on a warrant charging him with domestic assault and theft of property.
• Tammy Butler, 48, 409 E. Mill St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with domestic assault.
• Kenneth Ritchie, 42, 130 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Sgt. Lincoln Orellana and charged with public intoxication.
• Jordan Branch, 26, no address available, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer David Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers additionally charged Branch with resisting arrest and criminal impersonation.
• Alan Lewis, 50, 688 Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with public intoxication.
• Steve Kellum, 37, 154 Melody Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Eric Buck and charged with driving on a suspended license and violation of the financial responsibility law. Officers also served Kellum with an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Gregory Lewis, 41, 191 Old Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with public intoxication.
