• Keshia Lafleur, 28, 153 Price Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Nicole Edwards, 37, no address available, was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Cody Mullins and charged with public intoxication.

• Samantha Robinson, 27, 2819 Emory Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier and charged with theft of property under $1,000 and criminal impersonation.

• Austin Neff, 25, 813 Folsom St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with child abuse/neglect and dogs running at large.
