• Jessie Arnett, 70, 397 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Nicholas Free and charged with aggravated assault and felony reckless endangerment.
• Demi hicks, 20, 6210 N. US-19E, Newland, N.C., was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs (methamphetamine), possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of Schedule VI drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jonathan Belcher, 30, 3969 Old Asheville Highway, Erwin, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jusin Burchfield on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Darroll Davis, 49, 215 Landcastle Drive, Church Hill, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Austin Pierce, 21, 185 Happy Valley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Danielle Lewis, 22, 122 Ed Lewis Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on two warrants charging her with failure to appear.
• Kaycie Hunter, 24, 103 George Miller St., Gray, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Nicholas Free on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• James Vines, 31, 400 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on an Attachment for Contempt.
• John Hardin, 24, 808 Ash St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary, theft of property, and vandalism.
• Walter Witt, 35, 100 W. Poplar St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with theft of a motor vehicle.
• Charles Jacobs, 51, 658 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Christopher Bowers and charged with public intoxication.
• Whitney Nunnally, 24, 114 Winchester Court, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Sgt. Lincoln Orellana charging her with driving on a suspended license, violation of the financial responsibility law, and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Riva Tate, 29, 915 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with fourth offense driving on a revoked license, violation of the financial responsibility law, and following too closely with contact.
