• Jerry Shell, 47, 130 Cemetery Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Cpl. Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with theft over $1,000.

• Mark Engle, 28, 107 Hall Lane, Gray, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.

• Joey Buckles, 44, 919 Cherokee Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Derrick Birchfield, 33, 175 Elm Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Nick Andes and charged with felony evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, attempted child neglect, simple possession of Schedule II drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license, violation of the child restraint law, violation of the light law, and violation of financial responsibility. Officers also served him with a Juvenile Court Attachment charging him with failure to appear.

• Tommy McKinney, 53, 118 Bluegrass Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a federal arrest warrant charging him with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

• Jamie Parlier, 35, 312 E. E St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown and charged with driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law, possession of Schedule II drugs (methaphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of legend drugs. Officers also served Parlier with warrants charging her with three counts of criminal simulation and an Attachment for Contempt.

• Thomas Moran, 30, 262 Blacksnake Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Stevens charging him with violation of financial responsibility and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

• Larry Guinn, 33, 1609 Persinger Road, Watauga, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with first offense driving on a revoked license, failure to exercise due care, and violation of financial responsibility.

• Aaron Buckles, 22, 605 Barker St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with public intoxication.
