• Michael Russo Cann, 25 258 Sunrise Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Joshua Custer, 31, 104 Rice Creek Road, Flag Pond, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Jason Edwards, 38, 1272 Bluefield Ave. Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on warrants charging him with driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, and evading arrest.

• Julie Bowman, 35, 137 Taylor Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with second offense driving under the influence, possession of Schedule IV drugs, two counts possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of the implied consent law.

• Alexander Leroy, 33, 1752 Todd Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Cpl. Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Kerry Anderson, 30, 219 Whittemore Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hammon a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Ronald Botts, 52, 527 Laurels Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Cpl. Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Lance Lewis, 26, 151 Bernie Lewis Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Daivd Munsey and charged with second offense driving on a suspended license and violation of financial responsibility.

• Justin McClemons, 28, no address available, was arrested Tuesday by CCOS Deputy Johnathan Blevins and charged with domestic assault.

• Amber Jones, 29, 1428 Sugar Hollow Road, Bristol, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging her with theft of property.

• Jason Barnett, 35, 115 Carr Road, Watauga, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs. Officers also serve Barnett with an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.

• Cody Chambers, 24, 2443 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Richard Arnett, 55, 208 Marion Branch Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with speeding and no motorcycle license.
