• Francesca Brewton, 27, no address available, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook and charged with domestic assault.

• Vicki Vandeventer, 58, 106 Hugh Wilson Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Brian Smithpeters and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license, and violation of the implied consent law.

• Daniel Johnson, 49, 610 S. Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Nicholas Free on a Juvenile Court Attachment charging him with failure to appear.

• Bobby Williams, 42, 504 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Eric Norman and charged with evading arrest and resisting arrest. Officers of the Elizabethton Police Department charged Williams with shoplifting, possession of Schedule II drugs, simple possession of Schedule III drugs, four counts of simple possession of Schedule IV drugs, four counts possession of a legend drug without a prescription, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Darrell Perkey, 31, 513 W. Main St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• David Fox, 21, 708 Eisenhower Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Brandy Dugger, 32, 439 Scott St., Butler, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Haydn Combest, 48, 394 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

• Clara Oliver, 28, 1205 Thomas Boulevard, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on two warrants charging her with violation of probation and an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court.

• Bryon Tolley, 37, 213 Jim Elliot Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Chase Markland and charged with assault.

• Jeremiah Guinn, 40, 293 Berry Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Jeffery Coontz, 42, 171 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Joshua Ollis, 27, 126 Jack Bradley Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging him with robbery, especially aggravated burglary, and theft of property.

• Vernon Clawson, 26, 340 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown and charged with public intoxication, criminal trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Angelia Taylor, 35, 822 Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation. Officers also served Taylor with a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Troy McRath, 40, 730 S. Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on two Attachments for Contempt out of Juvenile Court.

• Danial Medley, 26, 123 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Gayle Davis II, 18, 1811 Field Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with running a stop sign, driving without a license, and violation of financial responsibility.

• Edward Hitchens, 26, 832 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard charging him with driving on a suspended license and misuse of evidence of registration.

• Selina Bowers, 47, 128 Country Garden Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with third offense driving under the influence.

• Michael Bartlett, 23, 1277 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs (methamphetamine), possession of a legend drug without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kasey Garrison, 25, 201 Spindale Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with second offense driving under the influence, possession of Schedule II drugs (methampetamine), simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also served Garrison with a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
