- Randy Gentry, 49, no address available, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with domestic assault.
- Kenneth Hensley, 51, 161 Carr Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
- Matthew Jones, 20, 369 Davis Valley Road, Afton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
- Tabbatha Markland, 27, 508 Cherry St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
- Charles Hagan, 212 Jenkins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman and charged with vandalism.
- Jeromey Sandlin, 30, 102 Suncrest Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
- Joshua Thomas, 29, 549 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Capt. Thomas Smith on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
- Willis Brock, 44, 196 Whitehead Hollow, Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
- Brian Garland, 50, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with violation of an order of protection.
- Matthew Alvarad-Smith, 19, 2214 2nd St., Bristol, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain and charged with public intoxication.
- Shawn Malone, 34, 1388 Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging him with driving on a revoked or suspended license.
- Sheila Ferguson, 52, 120 Treadway St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
- Joshua Eggers, 36, 503 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with public intoxication and child abuse/neglect.
- Morris Wyatt, 58, 1503 Storybrook Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Sgt. Doug Combs on an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court. Officers also charged Wyatt with simple possession of Schedule III drugs, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Paul Langer, 44, 616 N. Roan St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck charging him with public intoxication.
- Steve Parlier, 32, 192 Keg Motern Road, Watauga, was arrested Saturday by EPD Capt. Doug Combs and charged with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jeffery Coontz, 42, 171 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also served Coontz with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
- Michael McCool, 20, 155 Rainbow Circle, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer Samantha Maney charging him with shoplifting.
- Ryan Talcott, 27, 100 Ross Hill Road, Barton, N.Y., was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging him with driving on a suspended license.
- Chelsea Perkins, 23, 766 Sandy Road, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with public intoxication and possession of Schedule II drugs.
- Angela Whitson, 47, 135 Big Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of the open container law, and driving without a license.
- Johnny Merritt, 60, 4465 Highway 19E, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by officers of the EPD and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Brooke Thornburg, 34, 124 Arwood Hill Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by Officers of the EPD and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs. Officers also served her with a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
- Sebastian Wilmoth, 19, 510 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Evan Schultz, 21, 510 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons Sunday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Eric Rodriguez, 23, 300 E. K St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with second offense driving under the influence, possession of Schedule VI drugs, and driving on a revoked license.
