• Scotty Puckett, 45, 132 Knight Lane, Rogersville, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
•Brandon Barnett, 34, 922 Fairview Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill and charged with public intoxication.
• Joshua Hayward, 26, 112 Sunny View Court, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Spencer Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Steven Johnson, 38, 832 Carlisle Drive, Kingsport, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Richard Lowe, 53, 185 Liberty Hollow, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kelvin Stover, 47, 410 E. L St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Tiffany Grindstaff, 23, 110 A Hobart Hyder Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Adam Taylor on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Terrell Butler, 23, 1319 Bell Ridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on warrants charging him with criminal impersonation, evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, and violation of the light law.
• Katie Gibson, 32, 106 Emily Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with public intoxication.
• Mitchell Ledford, 56, no address available, was arrested Saturday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with public intoxication.
• Justin Trivette, 27, 1323 Poga Road, Butler, was issued a criminal summons charging him with third offense driving on a revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and expired registration.
• Jonathan Hawk, 44, 3706 Timberlake Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.
• Decarlos Martin, 48, 306 Earl St., Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting.
