• Melinda Beam, 42, no address available, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Roger Brown and charged with vandalism under domestic violence.
• Raymond Anderson, 38, 910 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Robert Handy, 36, 106 Robert Ave., Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Amanda Little on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Christopher Anderson, 42, 910-1/2 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jonathan Crosswhite, 51, 304 Bill Nave Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Inv. Nick Andes and charged with resisting arrest, possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David Hussey, 28, 4915 Bluff City Highway, Bluff City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving under the influence.
• Brandon Lethcoe, 32, no address available, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with disorderly conduct, evading arrest, and criminal trespassing.
• Joshua Tipton, 27, 134 Avon St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• William Bowen, 50, 123 North Brummitt St., Rogersville, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with criminal trespassing.
• Benjamin Peterson Blackwell, 25, 534 Crowe Bottom Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Stanley Blair, 64, 211 Old Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek and charged with aggravated assault.
• Christy Brown, 42, 192 Old Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Paul Mount, 23, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown and charged with domestic assault.
• Nikos Vamvaketis, 47, 141 Hogum Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Inv. Nick Andes and charged with felony evading arrest by a motor vehicle, illegal carrying of a weapon/no permit, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and a stop sign violation.
• Buford Whitson, 47, 315 Big Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant charging him with domestic assault and violation of an order of protection. Officers additionally charged Whitson with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and evading arrest.
• Mark Manis, 57, 202 Church Road, Church Hill, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, and failure to yield to emergency vehicles.
• Justice Godsey, 23, 1972 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer David Johnson and charged with driving on a suspended license.
• Patience Walsh, 24, 133 Barnett Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with criminal impersonation.
• Ambriel Stout, 31, 102 Noah Taylor Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Karen Pilkton, 52, 2365 Bob Little Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged her with driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility, and speeding.
• Shaun Baer, 32, 102 Donna Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs on warrants charging him with violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear.
• Amanda Beeler-Kegley, 39, 1005 Pennsylvania Ave., Bristol, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with public intoxication.
