• David Fox, 20, 708 Eisenhour Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Amanda Little on warrants charging him with two counts of violation of probation.
• Casey Oaks, 25, 508 Cherry St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Stevens on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Tabbatha Markland, 27, 508 Cherry St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant charging her with failure to appear and an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging her with failure to appear.
• Jason Blackwell, 36, 114 Mountain Ridge Lane, Roan Mountain, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Trevor Salyer charging him with shoplifting.
