• Nicholas Loveless, 34, 3341 Gap Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with three counts of cruelty to animals.
• Debbie Garland, 30, 108 Max Jett Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Brian Smithpeters and charged with driving under the influence and reckless child endangerment. Officers also served a warrant on Garland charging her with failure to appear.
• Jeffery Tolley, 46, 984 Fairview Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman and charged with simple possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Terry Van Osdol, 43, 118 Gordon Church Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Matt Patterson on an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
• Rachel Sullivan, 28, 575 Rogues Fork Road, Bethpage, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a capias out of Criminal Court.
• Shelby Kiser-Effrick, 33, 119 Rocky Top Lane, Watauga, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Jeremy Sanderlin, 33, 197 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by deputies of the CCSO and charged with burglary, theft of property, assault, and resisting stop/arrest.
• Casey Murphy, 29, 123 Zeb Grindstaff Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
