• Andrew Oliver, 26, 126 Hyder St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Melinda Montgomery, 24, 607 Florence St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant out of Sullivan County charging her with violation of probation.
• Dylan Storie, 29, 226 Chambers Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging him with theft of a motor vehicle.
• Isaiah Patrick, 21, 1360 Holy Oak Road, Bloomingdale, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Michael Wilson, 32, 828 Mulberry St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on warrants charging him with violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear. Officers also charged Wilson with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Marcus Birchfield, 45, 122 Frank Birchfield Road, Roan Mountain, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier charging him with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license.
• Slater Wilson, 21, 1112 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by deputies of the CCSO on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Onda Wilson, 49, 1112 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by deputies of the CCSO on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Lonnie Hall, 28, 189 Old Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by deputies of the CCSO on warrants charging him with two counts of violation of probation.
• Glester Harvey, 74, 165 Hidden Oaks Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Eric Matthew Miller, 38, 1955 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Investigator Nick Andes and charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a revoked license.
• Lana Lavenia Curbey, 38, 620 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Investigator Nick Andes and charged with possession of Schedule IV drugs and being an accessory after the fact to especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.
• Billy Lane, 44, 605 Carter Sells Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jennifer Miller, 41, 1062 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
• Chadwick Dunford, 37, 602 Stewart, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Brandon Berry on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Phillip Tolley, 53, 1218 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• John Yarbrough, 54, 118 Winchester Lane, Bristol, was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Trevor Salyer and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Larry Christopher, 41, 275 Price Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Eric Buck and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also served Christopher with an Attachment for Contempt.
