Coming into Friday’s game at Grainger, Hampton senior Alexus Grubbs needed only one-point to hit another milestone. And with ten points on the night, Grubbs marched right past the 1,500 career point marks.

Ulitmately, the Lady Bulldogs dropped their game with Lady Grizzlies 54-42

 Hampton’s Shyanne Tuelle led the Lady ’Dogs with 21 point.

Lady Grizzlies Karli Combs and Haley Crowe each had four 3-pointers a piece and both led Grainger with 18 points each.

In the boy’s contest, the Bulldogs would fall 89-60 to the Grizzlies.

Hampton will pick things up this Tuesday with a trip to Unaka.
