• Kerri Grindstaff, 38, 126 Oakmont Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Ryan Gray, 35, 731 Harr Town Road, Blountville, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Valerie Saylor, 34, 133 Greendale Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with driving on a revoked license and evading arrest as well as a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Robert Shuffler, 40, 208 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain and charged with criminal impersonation.
• Dawana Rainbolt, 54, 6025 Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Ronald Napier, 19, 908 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Kirk Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kelvin Stover, 47, 1134 Grove St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Joshua Wallace, 24, 112 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer James Stevens charging him with shoplifting.
• James Fennewald, 22, 112 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer James Stevens charging him with shoplifting.
• Benjamin Hensley, 33, 125 Brown Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with 10th offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the light law.
• Breanna Huffman, 26, 1310 Lowe St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Andrea Blackwell, 24, 444 Shell Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. James Deese and charged with shoplifting and public intoxication. Officers also served Blackwell with a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Travis Balado, 40, 216 Longwood Acres, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. James Deese and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
• Benjamin Prendergast, 32, 227 Aviation Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law.
• Heather Julian, 31, 621 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging her with first offense driving on a suspended license.
