Police Beats for 12/06/2016

• Derrick McInturff, 35, 520 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Mark McClain on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• Kathy Slagle, 32, 340 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Melissa Milsaps, 45, 828 Hickory St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Billy Taylor, 21, 2413 Louise St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time. Officers also charged Taylor with simple possession of Schedule II drugs.
• Robert Randolph, 48, 400 Water Springs Hollow, Burnsville, N.C., was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a handgun while under the influence.
• Bryon Gross, 54, 188 Clay Little Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving under the influence.
• John Powell, 20, 1621 Scenic Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Stormi Cable, 27, no address available, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Michael Massengill, 54, no address available, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also charged Massengill with simple possession of Schedule II drugs.
• John Guinn, 40, 137 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Dakota Grubb, 21, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger and charged with domestic assault.
• James W. Vines, 31, 400 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with domestic assault and simple possession of Schedule II drugs.
