• Christopher Price, 25, 137 A. O. Buckles Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jeffery Tester, 55, 128 Edgewater Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by officers of the CCSO on an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
• Shane Helbert, 39, no address available, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
