• Valerie Gray, 34, 4 Mel Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Shane May, 48, 115 Beechnut St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• David Laughren, 38, 1112 Carroll Creek Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Cody Shaw, 25, 1436 Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of the state of Florida.
• James Jenkins, 49, 300 Jenkins Road, Bluff City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.
