• Derek Smith, 24, 5111 Highway 19E, Apt. 2, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with driving on a revoked license.
• Ashley Stevens, 31, 25 Campbell Rash Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Kerri Grindstaff, 38, 2003 E. Fairview Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Kevin Fitts, 46, 159 Bolton Road, Greeneville, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on 13 outstanding warrants charging him with nine counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, four counts of identity theft, one count of aggravated assault, two counts of theft of property, and seven counts of burglary.
• Joshua Carver, 29, 916 Pine Ridge Circle, Apt. A, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Justin Trivette, 26, 1323 Poga Road, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jared Cook charging him with driving on a revoked license.
• Mark Fortenberry, 32, 1248 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Corey Blansett, 20, 1092 Spears Dykes Road, Greeneville, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington charging him with criminal impersonation and speeding.
• Brian Mishak, 38, 2816 Watauga Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with felony evading arrest, resisting arrest, driving without a license, expired registration, and speeding.
• Jason Cavin, 30, 143 Von Cannon Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on two warrants charging him with failure to appear and a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Melissa Baumgardner, 45, 828 Hickory St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy MeShell Bradshaw and charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Joshua Ollis, 26, 105 Hartsel Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
