• Nyoka Arthur, 27, 207 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• David Livingston, 26, 291 Roosevelt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Amanda Little on an indictment out of Criminal Court charging him with attempted escape and vandalism.
• Joshua Atkinson, 28, 2545 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Sandra Clawson, 44, 136 Elizabeth Ann Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Amanda LIttle on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Heather Arp, 32, 378 Jenkins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Sean Huvane on warrants charging her with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• Charles Ashley, 39, 104 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Benjamin Pearson, 39, 191 Admiral Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on warrants charging him with two counts of violation of probation.
• Matthew Kwiatkowski, 33, 213 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by officers of the EPD and charged with driving under the influence, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and child abuse and neglect.
• Jeremy Earp, 20, 1811 Field Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility, and speeding.
• Ashley Watson, 22, 1005 Spring Hill Road, Staunton, Va., was arrested Monday by EPD Sgt. Shane Darling on warrants charging her with violation of probation and failure to appear. Officers also issued Watson a criminal summons charging her with driving on a suspended license.
• Jody Suffler, 46, 1711 Delwood Circle, Greeneville, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with theft.
• Jena Dupuy, 43, 429 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.
• Emmanuel Sebantu, 26, 106 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with second offense driving on a suspended license, expired registration, and violation of financial responsibility.
