• Kellie Burkett, 43, 236 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Samantha Maney on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Ronie Johnson, 21, 511 N. Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Samantha Maney on a warrant charging her with domestic assault.
• Anthony Cook, 26, 100 Orleans St., Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by CCSO Deputy Samantha Maney charging him with driving on a suspended license and failure to report an accident.
• Joshua Pearce, 37, 713 Elm St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with failure to appear and an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Sarah Gibson, 26, 710 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on warrants charging her with failure to appear and violation of probation.
• Matthew Bentley, 18, 1026 Highway 91, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant charging him with simple assault.
• Charles Lambert, 29, 347 Mountain View Drive, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with seventh offense driving on a revoked license.
• Ronald Botts, 51, 527 Laurels Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Larry Vaughn on warrants charging him with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and violation of probation.
• Tabatha Markland, 26, 604 Beech St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Heather Wilcox, 27, 146 Wood Lane, Jonesborough, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Brandon Blackwell, 27, 524 Highway 321, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging him with public intoxication.
• Kayla Greenwell, 22, 524 Highway 321, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging her with public intoxication.
• Jacqueline Grindstaff, 52, 112 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging her with shoplifting.
