• Herbert Reall, 21, 641 McQueen St., Butler, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Victoria Godwin, 28, 1401 Virginia St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Deon Presnell, 20, 301 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
