• Tony Ketchem, 62, 1304 Spruce Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy David Tranbarger, on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Gary Bowlin, 63, 109 Forrest Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Joshua Oliver, 24, 93 Peach Lane, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with two counts of aggravated domestic assault and two counts of aggravated assault.
• Bo Davis, 28, 1701 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
• William Wiggins Jr., 56, 224 Sunrise Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Michael Peyton, 26, 9459 Highway 67, Butler, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Cody Hicks, 25, 255 Grassy Valley Road, Gray, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on warrants charging him with violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear.
• Cody Chambers, 23, of Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone and charged with domestic assault.
• Jamie McNeil, 46, 185 Old Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• John Hardin, 23, 808 Ash St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer James Stevens and charged with domestic assault.
• Chadwick Rambo, 37, 132 Creekbank Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the EPD on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also charged with resisting stop/arrest.
• Chelsea Maupin, 28, 108 Kimberly Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with resisting stop/arrest.
• David Black, 58, 601 Carter Blvd., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespass.
