The City of Elizabethton will be working on West Elk Avenue between Broad Street and Holly Lane to work on a water line. Work will begin at approximately 8 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15, and will continue through the day until the repair is complete. The north side westbound and south side of eastbound lanes will be closed. Water services in the surrounding area may experience low pressure or no water.
