• Christopher Sutphin, 32, 2417 Charles St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Christian Carrier on an Attachment for Contempt.
• Richard Gattshall, 40, 606 E. Sevier Ave., Kingsport, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Cpl. Matt Patterson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jonathan Berical, 22, 1270 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with aggravated assault on an officer, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possession of Schedule III drugs. Additionally, officers of the Carter County Sheriff’s Office served Berical with an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Timothy Guinn, 21, 914 W. Main St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with evading arrest, first offense driving on a revoked license, and reckless driving.
