• Edward Stines, 34, 630 Race St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Timothy Miller, 54, 114 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Kimberly Whaley, 27, 406 Grand Ave. Extension, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging her with theft of property under $500.
• Randy Burrow Jr., 34, 361 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.
• Sarah Clawson, 26, 2728 E. Center St., Kingsport, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Joseph Fisher, 36, 205 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law.
