Police Beats for 08/23/2016

• James Walsh, 58, 386 Pine St., Butler, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Joshua Hopkins and charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of Schedule VI drugs and introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Jeremy Blevins, 42, 166 Muddy Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with theft of property.
• Jonathan Kiser, 27, 604 Cripple Creek Road, Watauga, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Sean Huvane and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of South Carolina.
• Sean Hazelwood, 39, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with domestic assault.
• Zachery Philhower, 22, of Maryland, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jared Cook and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and filing a false report.
• Allison Hill, 37, 228 Dogwood Acres Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
• Mason Smiht, 26, 1201 Watauga Ave., of Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
• Jacqueline Livingston, 52, 112 S. Watauga Ave., was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Michael Russo Cann, 24, 112 S. Watauga Ave., was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jeremy Lacey, 35, of Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with domestic assault.
• Kelli Lacey, 37, of Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with domestic assault.
• Penny Carter, 47, 1684 Highway 19E, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Arianna Eulitt and charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility, simple possession of Schedule III drugs, and simple possession of Schedule IV drugs.
• William Hill, 24, 2020 Indian Ridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton and charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied consent, and improper lane change.
• Ashley Lanthorn, 20, 104 W. H St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging her with failure to report an accident, failure to exercise due care, violation of financial responsibility, and driving on an expired registration.
