• Brandon Blackwell, 27, of Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with domestic assault.
• Kayla Greenwell, 22, of Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with domestic assault and vandalism.
• Harold Laster, 47, of Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with domestic assault.
• Jerry Holdren, 38, 3355 Nottingham Circle SE, Cleveland, Tenn., was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.

• Christopher Sutphin, 31, 180 Hilton Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Cpl. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.
• Tara Carden, 31, 708 Maple St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brandon Stissel on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Robert Yawn, 67, 503 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Eric Buck and charged with driving under the influence.
• Douglas Shaver, 27, 1263 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and making an improper turn. Officers also served Shaver with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Casey Oaks, 25, 188 Smith Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Saturday by officers of the EPD on a warrant charging him with theft of property and possession of Schedule II drugs for resale.

• Bethany Williams, 23, 131 Bill Lowe Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by officers of the EPD charging her with simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Candace Copas, 28, 921 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging her with first offense driving on a revoked license and violation of financial responsibility.
