• Lersa Hodge, 53, 102 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with criminal trespassing.
• Clarence Story, 46, 141 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with criminal trespassing.
• Richard Forrester, 26, 207 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on an outstanding warrant.
• Joshua Tester, 34, 120 Patterson Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant charging him with driving on a revoked or suspended license, violation of financial responsibility, and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.
• Daniel Hancock, 43, 1224 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• William Schwartz, 50, 143 Pine Knot Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis and charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Jose Mayse, 27, 283 Old Railroad Grade Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
• Allison Hill, 37, 1642 Dennis Cove Road, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging her with driving on a suspended license, improper display of registration plates, and violation of financial responsibility.
• Jeffery Davis, 50, 2807 S. Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
