• Jamie McNeil, 46, 1270 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with public intoxication, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Andrea Blackwell, 24, 334 Mountain View Drive, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Joshua Presnell, 34, 112 W. Pine St., Apt. 4, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Lucas Bradley Saylor, 25, 702 Johnson Ave., Apt. A, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Jamie Eugene Wright, 42, 230 Dogwood Acres, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Tiffany Reed, 24, 105 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
