Elk Ave. for caregivers of friends or relatives suffering from Alzheimers or another form of dementia. Attending the support group can help people to feel less isolated and to make connections with others facing similar challenges. The workshop will be held once a week from 6 to 7 p.m. at Milligan College, 1 Blowers Blvd., Derthick Hall Room #110. The days for the event include June 28, July 5, July 12 and July 19. “Whether you are interested in saving for retirement or education, leaving a legacy for future generations or protecting your loved ones, you should plan to attend these informative classes,” Davis said.
