• Nikki Bates, 33, 400 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington and charged with driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Jessica King, 36, 330 Cash Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court.
• Joseph Tinker, 41, 1412 Colony Park Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Eric Clifton on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Terry Teaster, 24, 2740 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Andre Gonzalez, 19, 626 E. Maple St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and violation of financial responsibility.
• Devin Hurt, 30, 1403 Lynnwood Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with public intoxication, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Elizabeth Jackson, 40, 493 Stewart St., Welch, W.Va., was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with public intoxication.
• Shawn Wheeler, 26, 615 W. E St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and retaliation for past action.
• John Charles Crabtree, 54, 111 J.C. Vines Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
